ULTRA 4K MONOCHROME LCD
The U3DS Ultra 2 Resin 3D printer is equipped with an Ultra 4K 6.6-inch monochrome LCD with a resolution of 4098*2560.
Compared with ordinary 2K LCD 3D printers, its printing volume is 37% higher than any commonly available 3d printer, XY accuracy is up to 35 microns, 30% higher than any other 3d printer available in the market, higher printing efficiency, more stable performance, and less maintenance.
UPGRADED THE LIGHT SOURCE STRUCTURE
36 highly integrated LED lights with a newly designed free-form surface lens, the light uniformity exceeds 90%, bringing more precise printing dimensional accuracy.
NEW RELEASE FILM 2.0
The lower release tension protects the small supports from being broken, the completeness of the printed model details is greatly improved, and the printing rate is greatly improved.
HEAT DISSIPATION STRUCTURE
We have designed a smart cooling system for our Ultra 2 3D printer, which greatly optimizes the heat dissipation performance and reduces light decay.
With 6000 hours of continuous printing, the light decay is less than 5%, which extends the lifespan of the 3D printer.
