Order Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24
hours of placing the order. However, no cancellation will be approved after
the process of shipping the products.
U3DS (www.u3ds.in) reserves, the right to cancel any order without any
explanation for doing so, under situation where U3DS (www.u3ds.in) is not
able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so
placed/canceled does not comply with U3DS (www.u3ds.in) policy or for
any other reason. However, U3DS (www.u3ds.in) will ensure that any
communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated within
appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be
made in a reasonable time.
Refund:
Refund for an order will be initiated within 3-5 business days after
completion of the cancellation process. Notification will be sent by email.
The amount will be refunded to the same account which was originally
used for payment. The amount gets reflected in the Bank Account within
7-12 working days. Please note that refunds are processed by respective
banks and payment gateway. Their time frame may vary as per their
policies.
